About Insurance Information Services
Insurance Information Services was formed in 1995 to assist insurance companies in acquiring the information needed for effective underwriting and claim investigations. The work has since grown into corporate defense and beyond, but the goal is unchanged: helping clients resolve risk management issues through collective effort and teamwork.
One firm, three products
First InfoSource was designed in 2001 as a division of Insurance Information Services to offer unique, flexible access to Missouri DMV driver's license and vehicle records — access that at the time did not exist. We house a copy of the entire Missouri DMV file in our own database, update it daily, and make it multi-field searchable: over 6.5 million driver and non-driver license records and over 14 million current and historical vehicle titles and registrations, plus boat registrations and the state dealer file.
MissouriMVR puts individual Missouri driving records online — ordered and delivered in minutes, built on that same daily-updated database.
Missouri License Monitor, unveiled in 2013, batches and pro-actively monitors client driver groups: upload a fleet, get every record back with an intuitive dashboard that flags problem drivers, citations, actions, expirations and status changes automatically.
Regulated data, handled that way
Our systems provide full record data, including personal information, so every client is qualified before access and must adhere to the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Permissible use is tracked per client, per purpose — it is a condition of doing business with us, not a checkbox.
