Every locate is worked by an investigator, not just run through a database. Database-only services return the same stale address everyone else already has; we confirm where the subject actually is.
The result includes the located address, confirmation of how it was verified, and any directly relevant context discovered along the way. International skip-traces are handled on a time-and-expense basis.
